Les Paul, the famous guitar and Jazz player, whose name is still coming from all over world, is a great person who holds special name in music record. He was born as Lester William Polfuss and in the year 1915. At the age of eight, he started playing harmonica. Then he progressed to banjo and then last to guitar. It was guitar with, which he was associated till his last. Later on at the age of thirteen, he started playing country music at professional level. At age of seventeen, he was exposed more towards music when he dropped out from school and started playing Radio Band at St Louis. In 1930s, he went to Chicago and played Jazz guitar. He recorded an album and that was with name Rhubarb Red. Then another album followed it with singer Georgia white.

Initial years: Paul started making a good name for him from 1940s. He started working with some of the accomplished singers. This list includes Andrew sisters Bing Crosby and they also featured in his Radio show. Later on, he came up with his own Jazz trio and this was also famous as Les Jazz trio. He started recording much music with the same band. It was in 1945, when Paul met a woman whom he later married. Her name was Mary Ford. He started recording with her and the couple started receiving good response from the audiences. They started getting good reviews for their own composed music. By 1950s, they had good series of hits in their hand. These series of hits included ‘Bye Bye Blues’, ‘the world is waiting for sunrise’, ‘Vaya Con Dios’, etc. these charted the music charts and remained on top since long weeks. He included good styles of music with his composing. There was good mixture of multi track recording innovation along with music. There was a fall in their popularity by end of 1950s. Soon in

Middle Years: This was the middle of Les Pauls Career when Les Paul got engaged with the Gibson Corporation and started making the new genre Guitar for the music lovers. Many interesting things have been started with the Genre guitars that were made by Les Paul. These were made by knowing what exactly any guitar lover would like to have in his instrument. It was during this time in 1967, when Les Paul started coming up with some of his older hits. Later half: In his later years of his professional life, he got involved with Iridium Jazz Club where he continued to play Jazz till his last days in August 2009.
