Sites such as Yahoo, and social networking websites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace all contain thousands of viable email addresses.
Plenty of people use web based services for their email accounts. Addresses with Gamil, Hotmail, or Yahoo are very hard to trace. People prefer that their personal information is absent. They often sign up with a nickname or initials anyway. The Internet does not give up its secrets easily!
